PSOVL has successfully executed two large Greenfield projects for production and supply of 2.57 million 32.5 T Axle Load Heavy Haul Standard Gauge Pre-stressed Concrete Railway Sleepers for the prestigious North South Railway (NSR) Project of Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The supply projects were successfully completed in the year 2012.

PSOVL successfully completed supply contract for manufacture and supply of 7,00,000 Heavy haul 32.5 T Axle Load Standard Gauge PSC Sleepers and 25000 linear meters of PSC Sleepers for Turn Outs for the prestigious Etihad Railway Phase1 Project.

At present PSOVL is executing first of it’s kind, state of the art long line 25 T Axle Load Pre-Stressed Concrete sleeper manufacturing contract for M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd for its CTP 1 and CTP 2 Western Corridor project under Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. Under the contracts for supply of 2.4 Million 25 T Axle Load main line Sleepers and various other types of special sleepers, PSOVL has already started supplies from its state of the art long line Plants located at Bhagega and Marwar Jn, both in State of Rajasthan in India.

PSOVL is also executing construction contracts of ballast less track in Phase –III of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd at 2 locations.

Besides the Plants operating under Western Corridor Project of DFCCIL, the Group also has 3 plants for the manufacture of Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers in India. The Research, Design and Standards Organization (RDSO), under the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India, approve all three manufacturing plants. The Group has manufactured and supplied more than 5 million numbers of various types of Concrete Sleepers to the Indian Railways since last 20 years.

A Group Company has also manufactured and supplied the entire quantity of 0.45 million dual-gauge sleepers to Bangladesh Railways for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) supported prestigious JAMUNA Bridge Rail Link Project.

Group Companies are also engaged in other activities such as Mobile Flash Butt Welding of Rails having 6 Mobile Welding Plants under group ownership, Railway SGCI Inserts, Real Estates, Tea manufacturing, FM Channel and Hydel Power Generation.
